1. THE STUD FEE & PAYMENT
The Stud Fee must be paid in full prior to the time of service or before chilled/frozen semen is shipped. Southern Doodle Co accepts Cash or approved electronic payment methods. Any costs associated with veterinary services for artificial insemination, progesterone testing, or semen collection/shipping are the sole responsibility of the Bitch Owner and are strictly not included in the Stud Fee.
2. HEALTH & TESTING REQUIREMENTS
The Bitch MUST be fully up to date on all vaccinations, be in exceptional health, and free of all communicable diseases or parasites. A current negative Brucellosis test (within 14 days of mating) is strictly required for any live/natural breedings. The Bitch Owner agrees to provide documentation of clear genetic profiling (such as Embark) before the mating will be approved.
3. LITTER GUARANTEE
A "litter" is fiercely defined as two (2) or more live puppies born at the time of whelping. If the Bitch fails to conceive, or if only one (1) puppy is born alive, Southern Doodle Co will provide one (1) return stud service to the same Bitch (or a pre-approved substitute Bitch owned by the same owner) on her next consecutive heat cycle, completely free of the Stud Fee.
4. FAILED PREGNANCY DOCUMENTATION
To qualify for the return service, the Bitch Owner must notify Southern Doodle Co of the failure to conceive no later than 65 days past the mating date. Documentation from a licensed Veterinarian via Ultrasound or Radiograph confirming the failure to conceive must be promptly provided.
5. PROGESTERONE TESTING
For Artificial Insemination (AI), Trans-cervical Insemination (TCI), or Surgical methods, the Bitch Owner is rigorously advised and expected to utilize Progesterone testing to precisely pinpoint ovulation. Failure to utilize proper, veterinary-administered ovulation timing testing may void the return service guarantee at the Stud Owner's discretion.
6. BITCH CARE LIMITATIONS
If the Bitch is brought to the Stud Owner's facility, she will be treated with the utmost care, fed premium nutrition, and kept perfectly secure. However, Southern Doodle Co and its proprietors assume absolute zero financial or legal liability for any injury, illness, escape, or accidental death of the Bitch while in our care unless resulting from gross and willful negligence.
7. BREEDING RIGHTS OF OFFSPRING
Unless expressly pre-arranged and documented in a separate, written amendment, the puppies resulting from this litter are NOT authorized to be sold with breeding rights. They must be sold strictly to approved pet families under rigorous spay/neuter contracts.
